In high school, I created my own ambient reality that took me to a state of nature. This helped me meditate and clear my mind from all the troubles and cares of the world.

Here is how I did it. I had a stack of recordings, which included a rich quality of nature sounds. The stereo that I bought included a 5.1 surround sound capability.

In addition, I had two massive tower speakers, a center channel speaker, and two rear speakers, which supported the 3D audio experience.

The first track included a light rain that you could hear the drops…

In your work, your health, and your overall life

Sometimes difficult events take place in your life that you never expect. This could be a particular job or employment, a difficult person, or a compromised health obstacle.

The setbacks in life always make you stronger.

Take a look at the way a gardener prunes a bush. That particular plant now has the potential to blossom into something spectacular.

Those at the gym, work hard to tear down their muscles, allowing overtime, their muscles to heal and rebuild stronger than ever before.

Like the Kelly Clarkson song, “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.”

Losing your job and financial hardships

In the Movie “We Bought A Zoo” starring Matt Damon and Scarlette Johansson, there’s a comedic scene that talks about being new.

The family has to move and as they are driving to look at homes, Matt Damon’s character, Benjamin Mee’s only request is that it’s new.

The real estate agent, J.B Smoove who plays the real estate agent, Mr. Stevens says, “You know what? It’s all about new. People love new. I love new, hayl, I’m new! I’m excited about new stuff. New is the new old!” Haha! Hilarious scene.

But it’s true, new opportunities, new cities, new places…

This book teaches a concept called the dream 100. Something to quickly build your network in your business and in your career.

I only know a handful of people who actually implement this strategy in their marketing. This small group has had significant influence and has created industry marketing standards.

Russell Brunson, a master marketer, learned this concept from a guy named Chet Holmes. Another person who has mastered this concept is Dana Derricks.

Dana sort of discovered this either by accident or implementing this without realizing that the dream 100 was an actual concept that he was utilizing.

To enhance your variety of fruits and vegetables

I grew up with a garden that had all kinds of variety. We grew corn, tomatoes, grapes, peaches, tomatoes, watermelon, and cucumbers.

There is nothing better than fresh fruits and vegetables in the summer and also the sweet taste of corn on the cob. My personal favorite is a sandwich with fresh tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, and hummus.

Growing your own plants gives you a variety and the chance to eat fresh vegetables and fruits of your choosing.

Gardening a garden can require some learning and patience.

Before you begin growing a garden, you will need to assess the options available…

With someone else’s significant other

Here’s the deal, I never went to prom, and I do not regret it whatsoever. What was the fuss all about with prom anyway?

I get that it was fun, but at what cost? I understand that must have been an incredible experience for those who went, especially if it was with the right partner. But here’s my take on this type of commitment.

At the time, I had a wad of cash that I saved up from all of my construction jobs. Should I take this money and spend every dime I have on a suite rental, a limousine…

I just took my boys to an amusement park this past week. It was filled with thrilling rides, including roller coasters that literally took my breath away.

As we approached the gate, you could hear the excited screams coming from all angles of the park. The smell of cotton candy and the sound of carnival rides were enough to feel twitterpated.

The boys initially did not want to go on the big roller coasters, especially the big ones with loops or the extremely fast ones.

That has potential lifetime impacts

I grew up in a small town near the four corners area of New Mexico. When I was a young kid, my dad woke up one morning and said to all of us, “We need to move.”

This was a huge shock for all of us. This meant leaving behind our whole life, including family, friends, and relationships that we’ve spent a lifetime developing. At almost twelve years old, I had established a solid group of friends.

Right before we moved, school started and we happened to live right across the street from the Junior High that I went to…

Old homes have a deep history, for good or for bad. The energy within the walls can almost speak to you of its history. You can almost feel a presence or energy depending on which home you enter.

I have walked into homes, where the majority of the time, it has a pleasant feeling. I have also stayed in homes or rooms where the feeling was not so pleasant.

I believe how you live your life affects the energy around you. Quantum physics explains how pairs of particles can be linked in two different locations. …

Defined from the beholder in people, places or things

Jim Carrey talked about how being wealthy changes the way you laugh when he was on David Letterman. His primary goal was to get a laugh from the audience, but he is right, wealth does change how you feel inside.

Aside from how you laugh when you’re wealthy, you can choose to be grateful for your wealth or greedy and want more.

Wealth is no more than possessions of materials, supplies, services in exchange for your preferred method of currency.

Perspective is everything

The measure of wealth is defined in the eyes of the beholder. I watched a TedTalk a few years back…
